四川湍蛙（學名：Amolops mantzorum）為蛙科湍蛙屬的兩棲動物，是中國的特有物種。分佈於四川、雲南、甘肅等地，常見於小瀑布及急流的山溪旁。其生存的海拔範圍為1000至3800米。該物種的模式產地在四川寶興。[2]
2017年，康定湍蛙Amolops kangtingensis 被定為四川湍蛙的同物異名。[3]
