草綠龍蜥（學名：Diploderma flaviceps）為鬣蜥科龍蜥屬的爬行動物，俗名公蛇、四腳蛇。在中國大陸，分佈於湖北、四川、雲南、西藏、甘肅等地，多棲息於山區 活動於乾熱河谷地帶、常見於山坡稀疏灌叢及雜草叢間、河灘地或玉米地草叢中、亦見於山路邊或公路旁雜草間以及房屋圍牆上或菜地邊。其生存的海拔範圍為350至3450米。該物種的模式產地在四川西部、大渡河邊。[2]
2018年研究人員將原來廣義的攀蜥屬（也稱龍蜥屬，Japalura sensu lato）拆分為四個屬－ Japalura 、 Diploderma、 Cristidorsa 和 Pseudocalotes，並將 Japalura 的中文屬名確定為「攀蜥屬」，而將「龍蜥屬」指代 Diploderma。[3]2020年部分中國學者建議將 Japalura 的中文名改為「龍蜥屬」，而將 Diploderma 的中文屬名改名為「攀蜥屬」[4]。故本種在有些資料中被稱為「草綠攀蜥」[5]。然而也有學者反對這種不必要的中文名變更問題，建議維持物種中文名的穩定性[6]。在中國科學院昆明動物研究所研究人員主編的《中國兩棲、爬行動物分類變動匯總》中也未接收該建議，仍將 Diploderma 稱為「龍蜥屬」。[7]
