雌-1,3,5(10)-三烯或雌甾-1,3,5(10)-三烯（英語：estra-1,3,5(10)-triene，美式英語中為：Estrin，英式英語中為：Oestrin）是一種雌烷甾體，在C1、C2、C3、C4、C5和C10位置上脫氫，形成三個雙鍵結構，是多種雌激素如雌二醇、雌酮、雌三醇的結構母核^[1]^[2]。和這些雌激素衍生物不同，estrin本身沒有雌激素活性，因為C3位上的羥基基團和/或C17位上的羥基或羰基對其與雌激素受體的親和力是必要的^[3]^[4]。
