乳頭肌（英語：Papillary muscle，也譯為乳突肌）是位於心臟心室內的肌肉，通過腱索附着在房室瓣（二尖瓣和三尖瓣）上[1]。乳頭肌約佔心臟總質量的 10%[2]。
