喬治·阿爾伯特·「斯科蒂」·鮑爾斯（George Albert "Scotty" Bowers；1923年7月1日—2019年10月13日）是一名美國皮條客，1940年代至1980年代活躍於荷里活[1][2][3][4]。其事跡廣泛流傳於坊間及《荷里活巴比倫》等花邊新聞中。2012年，萊昂內爾·弗里德伯格出版了包含150小時訪談的鮑爾斯回憶錄《全套服務》，引起廣泛關注。

鮑爾斯出生於伊利諾伊州渥太華[5]。在芝加哥度過了大蕭條之後，他選擇參軍，加入海軍陸戰隊成為傘兵，曾參與太平洋的硫磺島戰役等。戰爭中，他失去了他的兄弟和兩個好友。他的皮條客生意始於1946年，當時他在荷里活大道5777號的里奇菲爾德石油加油站當服務員。
1950年，鮑爾斯從加油站辭職，成為酒保。他自稱曾向阿爾弗雷德·金賽提供了研究對象——主要是妓女——以用於研究人類性行為[6]。雖然長期從事皮條客生意，他從未被當局起訴。他收入頗豐，演員比奇·迪克森贈給他三座別墅[7]。據他自己所說，內斯托爾·阿爾門德羅斯把自己的奧斯卡獎也送給了他[7]。
1984年7月8日，他與比他小10歲的卡巴萊歌手露易絲·J·布羅德（Lois J. Broad）結婚，後者於2018年去世[8]。鮑爾斯則於2019年10月13日在洛杉磯的家中因腎衰竭去世[9][10]。

2006年，《綜藝》的影評人彼得·德布魯格（Peter Debruge）說：「每個人都知道斯科蒂。畢竟他為比佛利山莊的人們賣了60年酒，幾乎每個晚上都會出現在各種派對里，有時甚至一天去兩次」[7]。在鮑爾斯的回憶錄發佈會上，戈爾·維達爾也說鮑爾斯的經歷是真實的[11]。電影導演約翰·施萊辛格和調查記者兼小說家多米尼克·鄧恩也支持鮑爾斯的說法。 [12]
但由於他提到的所有客戶都已經不在人世，其經歷難以考證 [13]。根據鮑爾斯紀錄片的導演馬特·泰瑙爾（Matt Tyrnauer）的說法，他的經歷不過是外人對荷里活的幻想[13]。

迪倫·麥克德莫特在2020年的Netflix迷你劇《荷里活》中飾演了在加油站當服務員的鮑里斯。[14]
