癭蚊科（學名：Cecidomyiidae；有時會錯拼為Cecidomyidae^[3]）是雙翅目下的一個科，其幼蟲以植物組織為食，會導致植物產生癭，因此得名。很多癭蚊（如麥廮蠅）因此成為農業害蟲。

其體型很小，一般在2—3 mm（0.079—0.118英寸）之間，很多甚至不足1 mm（0.039英寸）。其翅膀上有絨毛，這在雙翅目生物中是很罕見的。該科已發現、描述有783屬、六千餘種^[4]。2016年的DNA條形碼研究顯示，全球的昆蟲可能超過一千萬種，而其中200萬都屬於癭蚊科，使其成為動物界最大的科^[5]。
