非洲角鸮（学名：Otus senegalensis，英语：African Scops Owl），是鸮形目鸱鸮科角鸮属下的一种鸟类。[3]这个物种分布于撒哈拉沙漠以南的非洲，是一种体型娇小的角鸮。[4]目前其物种族群状态被评为无危。[1]

该物种由英国鸟类学家威廉·约翰·斯温森于1837年描述。[6]其模式产地位于冈比亚。[7]属名Otus来自拉丁语的同名词，指短耳鸮，此词源自希腊语的ὦτος（罗马化：ōtos），意为“有耳朵的猫头鹰”。[8]:286种小名senegalensis指塞内加尔。[8]:353
在生物分类学中，纵纹角鸮、西红角鸮、红角鸮、美洲角鸮曾被认为与这个物种形成超种的关系，但进一步的分子及叫声证据已经显示它们为不同的独立物种。[7]而非洲角鸮原有的亚种也因此原因被独立成种，如阿拉伯角鸮及安诺本角鸮等，但这三个物种间的关系仍未有完全解明。[9]目前有两个亚种，其中O. s. nivosus仅分布于肯尼亚东南部。[3]
非洲角鸮有两种体色：灰色和棕色，耳羽较小，上半身灰色或褐色，有深色条纹和细致的蠕虫形纹路；肩部有白色纹路，覆羽边缘呈红褐色。[4]外观上相当类似于西红角鸮，但其深色斑纹较明显，羽毛整体图案不类似于树皮，翅尖较圆。[4]其眼睛虹膜黄色，鸟喙黑色，腿灰褐色，爪黑褐色。[4]其体长约16—19厘米，体重45—123公克，鸟喙宽平均约5.4毫米、深平均约9.3毫米、嘴峰长平均约17.6毫米；翼展40—45厘米，翼长13.1厘米；跗跖约24.5毫米；尾长约61.3毫米。[10][7]
雄鸟的歌声为一种颤音的“kjurrrr”，每个叫声持续约0.4—1秒，每次间隔5—8秒；雌鸟声音则相对较高。[4]整体音调较阿拉伯角鸮来得低。[11]
这个物种偏好在海拔2000米以下，开阔干燥、树木众多的稀树草原或林地栖息，是一种留鸟。[7][4]其食性与西红角鸮类似，以昆虫为主，并可能在空中捕食。[7]其繁殖季视雨季的时间有所不同，其中西非2—5月及9月，苏丹在4—5月，东非8—12月，南非则主要在8—11月之间，采一夫一妻制，单独繁殖。[7][4]每窝通常有2—4枚卵，孵化需20—24天，约26天后离巢。[7]
目前非洲角鸮因其极大的分布范围而难以估量，且在没有证据显示有使其族群下降的明显威胁下，整体数量趋势被认为是稳定的。[12]在《国际自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》中，这个物种被列为无危物种。[1][12]
