新昌迪加尔（英语：New Chandigarh）是位于印度旁遮普邦阿哲星王子城县的新规划智慧城市[2][3][4][5]。新昌迪加尔邻近穆兰布尔（英语：Mullanpur Garibdass）[6]，是拥挤的城市昌迪加尔的扩展[7]。新昌迪加尔由大莫哈利地区发展管理局（英语：Greater Mohali Area Development Authority）发展。数码土地调查以无人机进行，于2018年4月26日开始[8][9]，并于同年6月24日完成[10]。新昌迪加尔在初步总体规划中分为1区至21区[11]。

生态城[编辑]

生态城一期及二期是新昌迪加尔的住宅区，位于西瓦利克山脉山麓806英亩的的土地上[12][13]。住宅区经库拉利-锡斯万通道（Kurali-Siswan road）与昌迪加尔、库拉利与巴德迪等城市连接[14]。生态城三期亦正在规划中[15][16]。

教育城[编辑]

新昌迪加尔的教育城占地1700英亩，设有大学与教育机构的校园[17]。技术研究所与未来趋势学院皆位于新昌迪加尔11区[18]。

医疗城[编辑]

新昌迪加尔的医疗城设有由塔塔纪念中心（英语：Tata Memorial Centre）设立的霍米·巴巴癌症医院及研究中心（Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre），共占地50英亩[19][20][21]。干细胞中心正在兴建中[22]。医疗城也有兴建与阿哲星王子城（英语：Mohali）第六期的民用医院连接的经济适用医学院暨医院的计划[23]。一些有机农场也位于医疗城[24]。

旅游[编辑]

奥比莱苏赫维拉斯度假村是一所位于帕兰普尔村（Palanpur village）的7星级豪华渡假村，而它也在新昌迪加尔附近[25][26][27]。沙希德狄鬟·星·卡拉彭尼（Diwan Singh Kalepani）博士博物馆亦在新昌迪加尔附近[28][29]。锡斯万森林一带是主要的生态旅游区域[30]，并有观豹探险[31]和森林游历[32]等活动。新昌迪加尔也有戏剧表演[33][34]。

新昌迪加尔与昌迪加尔机场（英语：Chandigarh Airport）在未来将通过经过阳光飞地（Sunny Enclave）的机场道路连接[37]。机场道路设四条行车线，并使新昌迪加尔与阿哲星王子城连接[38]。

发展[编辑]

由罗塔斯·高尔（英语：Rohtas Goel）持有的奥马斯（英语：Omaxe）地产公司[39]对于新昌迪加尔的发展非常乐观，而该公司已经持有并发展当地达1000英亩的土地[40]。新昌迪加尔作为阿哲星王子城区域的一部分，又邻近昌迪加尔，有潜力成为印度另一个初创企业与资讯科技企业的中心。海外印度人和现代旁遮普青年正搬迁到新昌迪加尔，在更安全的绿色环境中安顿下来，以现代的方式生活，并坐享西瓦利克山脉的山景[41][42]。
