约翰·威尔伍德（英语：John Welwood；1943年3月12日[1]—2019年1月17日[2]），美国临床心理学家、心理治疗师、作家。超个人心理学领域的重要学者，整合东方灵修与西方心理治疗[3]。
在芝加哥大学就学期间研究存在心理学，与尤金‧简德林合作，1974年获得临床心理学博士学位。
作品《遇见100％的爱》荣获美国二○○六年度“美好人生书奖” （Books for a Better Life Award）[4]、“最佳佛教作品奖”（Best Buddhist Writing）[5]。
