2014年加州伊斯拉维斯塔枪击事件为发生在美国加利福尼亚大学圣塔芭芭拉分校邻近社区伊斯拉维斯塔的连环杀人事件。事件发生在太平洋时间2014年5月23日，凶手先在公寓内刺死3人后，驾车到伊斯拉维斯塔社区冲撞行人并且开枪，致使该社区造成3人死亡、13人受伤。凶手后来在警方交火过程中自杀[1]。事后肇事者被确认为就读圣塔芭芭拉城市学院的学生，22岁的艾略特·罗杰[2]。

三名男子被刺死在攻击者的公寓。受害人分别为20岁的台裔学生James（洪晟元（Cheng Yuan Hong））；19岁的加拿大华裔学生George Chen（陈乔治）以及20岁的中国籍华裔学生Weihan David Wang（王伟汉）[12][13]。
James与George Chen是攻击者的室友，警方正在调查Weihan Wang是否也参加室友之间聚会或参观公寓的杀戮之夜[14][15][16][17][18][19]。这三人都是在加州大学圣塔巴巴拉分校（UCSB）念书的学生[20]。

凶手随后驾车行凶，于联谊会房子外枪杀22岁的Katherine Cooper和19岁的Veronika Weiss；而20岁的Christopher Michael-Martinez在伊斯拉维斯塔德利超市（Isla Vista Deli Mart）中被枪杀。[21]。另又十三人受伤，其中8人是枪伤，4人是遭受攻击者的车辆冲撞后外伤，还有1人的伤势未定[22]。

据报道，共有11位伤员被送往医院。其中4名送往Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital的伤者均已获治疗并已出院。剩下由Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital（英语：Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital）接收的7名伤者中, 除1名伤者当天已经出院外，有2名伤者目前伤势依然严重，剩下3名伤者的情况已得到控制。[23]

肇事者[编辑]

肇事嫌疑人被认为是22岁的艾略特‧罗杰[21][24]，他出生在英国伦敦，五岁移居至美国。罗杰成长于洛杉矶。他的母亲李钦，是马来西亚华裔[25]，他的父亲是英裔美国人，美国电影制片人彼得‧罗杰，其作品包括在“饥饿游戏”中担任第二单元助理导演[26]。他的继母是演员Soumaya Akaaboune（英语：Soumaya Akaaboune）[24]。他的祖父是摄影记者乔治‧罗杰[27]。他有一个妹妹和一个年轻的同父异母兄弟[28]。九年级时，艾略特在校被霸凌状况日渐严重，他陈述自己每天都在学校独自哭泣[29]。在2012年，艾略特说表示自己在这世界上唯一了解他的朋友，在公众场所上与他断绝友谊关系，而不给予他任何理由。他在一个健美的网上论坛里面被描述为“正在酝酿中的连环杀手”，艾略特是该论坛的一个注册用户[30]。

根据罗杰家庭律师所叙，艾略特是亚斯柏格症患者[31]，曾接受数名治疗师诊聊，就读于圣塔芭芭拉城市学院。但校方表示艾略特已无在校上课[32]。上大学之前，艾略特就读于名为“Crespi Carmelite High School（英语：Crespi Carmelite High School）”的男子天主教高中，但在毕业前离开了学校。就读高中时期，艾略特曾遭到校园霸凌，他曾经在睡觉时，被其他同学用胶带把头缠绕在书桌上[21][33]。他曾在Youtube、Facebook以及自己名为 Elliot Rodger's Official Blog的部落格上张贴流露出孤独与被排挤之情感的贴文。他宣称自己被规定用许多药。但其持续用药时间以及其药物尚不得而知，而在其自述中称其精神病医师名为Charles Sophy[34][35]。

宣言和影片[编辑]

他行凶前在网上发表了一百多页的“艾略特·罗杰宣言（Elliot Rodger Manifesto）”[36]，详述自己的成长经历，在宣言中他宣称受到极不公平的待遇，对人类绝望，决心报复社会，杀掉那些之前看不起他的人。还发表数段影片，包括“为什么女生讨厌我（Why Do Girls Hate Me So Much）[37]”、“艾略特·罗杰的复仇（Elliot Rodger's Retribution）[38]”，表示自己孤独和性压抑，受到社会排斥，质疑为何没有女性对其表示好感。

  • 加州州长杰瑞·布朗对受难者表示哀悼，对受难者家属表示慰问，说自己“为这起突发性的意外惨剧悲伤”。
  • 加州大学第20任校长珍妮特·纳波利塔诺在Laney College（英语：Laney College）时发表的一份声明中说："This is almost the kind of event that's impossible to prevent and almost impossible to predict."
  • 凶手生前所活跃之非自愿单身群体及相关讨论区当中不少激进份子于事发后把他视为“偶像”甚至“圣人”，而且在本案以后出现更多的模仿犯罪案件（其中4年后多伦多面包车袭击事件凶手阿莱克·米纳希安更在行凶前向本案凶手“致敬”），引发不少两性专家及社会其他人士忧虑。
