瑪莎·伊莉莎白·波拉克（1958年8月27日—），美國計算機學家。自2017年4月至今任康奈爾大學校長一職，此前曾作為密西根大學學術事務行政部門副主席及教務長[2][3]，其研究專業為人工智慧，並在自動規劃和調度、自然語言處理、以及模式識別領域有所貢獻。[2]

波拉克本科於1979年畢業於達特茅斯學院語言學[2]，此後於賓夕法尼亞大學拿到碩士與博士學位，並在邦尼·韋伯（Bonnie Weber）和芭芭拉·格羅斯（Barbara J. Grosz）的共同指導下於1986年完成了哲學博士學位[4][5]。波拉克於1985-1992在斯坦福研究室（SRI International）工作，於1991-2000教職於匹茲堡大學，並於2000年以後教職於密西根大學。其於2007年成為密西根大學信息學院院長，於2010年升為副教務長，並於2013年升為教務長[2]。此外，波拉克還是1997年國際人工智慧聯合會議程序委員會主席[6]、2001年-2005年《人工智慧研究報刊》（Journal of Artificial Intelligence Research）主編[7]、以及2009年-2010年人工智慧促進協會主席。[8]
波拉克是1991年IJCAI計算機與思想獎的獲得者。[9]其於1996年加入人工智慧促進協會、於2012年加入計算機協會和美國科學促進會。
2016年11月14日，康奈爾大學董事會宣布其全體一致推選波拉克作為康奈爾的第14任校長，自2017年4月17日就職。[10]波拉克的就職典禮發生在2017年8月25日。[11][12]
