生物多樣性和生態系統服務政府間科學政策平台（英語：Intergovernmental science-policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services，縮寫：IPBES）是聯合國環境規劃署整合千年生態系統評估的後續行動和生物多樣性科學知識國際機制所形成的一個框架。2012年4月在巴拿馬正式成立，秘書處設在德國波昂。功能類似於聯合國政府間氣候變化專門委員會。[1]
IPBES旨在應對生物多樣性喪失和生態系服務功能退化問題，在科學與政策之間建立聯繫，以期加強生物多樣性的保護與可持續利用，確保長期人類福祉和可持續發展。[2]
建立和早期發展[編輯]
2010年，第65屆聯合國大會的一項決議敦促聯合國環境規劃署召開全體會議以建立IPBES。[3][4]2013年，全體會議為未來IPBES通過初步的概念框架。[4]
2019年4月29日至5月4日，132個IPBES成員國代表於法國巴黎召開會議，聆聽IPBES的《全球生物多樣性與生態系服務評估報告》全文[5]，並通過報告摘要供相關決策者參考。2019年5月6日，該份40頁的摘要被發布。[6][7]
