白腰唐納雀（學名：Cypsnagra hirundinacea），是雀形目唐納雀科的一種鳥類，屬於單型的白腰唐納雀屬（學名：Cypsnagra）。[2]
白腰唐納雀體重約31.4克，翼長約76.2公釐，喙寬度約4.6公釐，喙厚度約5.9公釐，嘴峰長約17.9公釐，跗蹠長約22公釐，尾長約59.8公釐。
白腰唐納雀是留鳥，棲息在草地，它們是食肉動物，主要以昆蟲、蜘蛛等陸生無脊椎動物為食。[3]
