《紅藍藥丸》（英語：Red Pill Blues）^[5]是美國流行搖滾樂團魔力紅的第6張錄音室專輯，於2017年11月3日由222唱片和新視鏡唱片發行。這是薩姆·法拉爾（英語：Sam Farrar）轉為樂隊正式成員之後，樂隊發行的第一張專輯。歌曲的標題參照了1999年的科幻電影《駭客任務》中的紅藍藥丸。環球音樂台灣預購贈品則是磁鐵開瓶器。^[5]

專輯的首支單曲《戀人這回事（英語：What Lovers Do）》與美國歌手SZA（英語：SZA (singer)）合作，於2017年8月30日發行。為宣傳專輯，樂團在北美和歐洲開啟了紅藍藥丸巡迴演唱會（英語：Red Pill Blues Tour）。
