1910年1月英國大選於1910年1月15日至2月10日舉行。這次選舉的背景是保守黨主導的上議院否決自由黨政府的《人民預算案》（英語：People's Budget），引發憲政危機。政府因此決定舉行大選，以取得民意授權迫使上議院通過預算案。

大選後，H·H·阿斯奎斯領導的自由黨失去多數黨地位，由於無政黨取得多數議席，產生懸峙國會。雖然如此，自由黨仍贏下最多席位，比起保守黨多出兩名議員（但保守黨得票最多）。自由黨在愛爾蘭議會黨支持下組建聯合政府，阿斯奎斯繼續執政。國會於同年12月再次舉行大選。

得益於大部分自由工黨（英語：Liberal-Labour (UK)）議員在大選前從自由黨叛逃至工黨，阿瑟·亨德森領導下的工黨在此次大選中取得40席，席次與1906年大選的29席相比大幅增加。
