艾美莉卡·喬治娜·弗瑞娜（英語：America Georgina Ferrera[1]，1984年4月18日—）是美國女演員和製片人。她最有名的角色是在ABC製作的電視系列《醜女貝蒂》（2006年—2010年）中扮演的「貝蒂」，她的表演受到一致好評，贏得了金球獎音樂及喜劇類最佳女主角和黃金時段艾美獎喜劇類最佳女主角。後來她拍了幾部電影， 包括《挫折的女人》，《牛仔褲的夏天》及續集《牛仔褲的夏天2》和《乾燥的土地》。此外，她還為夢工廠的動畫電影《馴龍高手》配音。
2023年，弗瑞娜在《Barbie芭比》飾演葛洛麗亞（Gloria）一角，大受好評，更憑此爆冷喜提第96屆奧斯卡金像獎最佳女配角獎。
