普法尔茨德语(Pfälzisch/Pälzisch 或 Pfaelzisch/Paelzisch)是一種德語方言，屬於西中部德語（West Central German），主要在萊茵峽谷附近的城市，例如茨魏布呂肯、凱撒斯勞滕、阿尔蔡、沃爾姆斯、路德維希港、曼海姆、海德堡、施派爾、蘭道、Wörth am Rhein，直到與法國的亞爾薩斯接壤的邊境使用。
