體感振動 [编辑]
當Ico牽著yorda的手走動時手柄會發出輕微振動。
遊戲進行第二輪時的變化 [编辑]
- 遊戲中Yorda說的話顯示為可以看懂的語言
- 在一周目獲得流星錘的地方可以獲得天體光束劍。天體光束劍是此遊戲中最強的武器，平時劍身短小，但當牽上Yorda的手時劍身會變長。
- 隱藏結局。在結局的海灘上會有西瓜地，可觸發另一種結局。
- 允許雙人遊戲。可以用2p手柄控制Yorda。
- 天然音效。在Option裡會有名為天然音效的選項，除了原有的畫面風格還會新增四項。
亞版與美版的區別 [编辑]
1. 在某個大房間，亞版與美版的解謎方法是不同的。亞版需要使用彈跳木樁借力跳才能攀上高處，美版則是抓的鐵竿直接就到了。
2.在上述大房間外的水車，亞版比美版在解謎時多了些動作要素。
