NGC 474 是双鱼座的一个透镜状星系，距离地球约1亿光年。该星系以存在形成原因不明的潮汐尾而闻名[2]。
超新星[编辑]
2017年7月，天文学家在NGC 474内发现Ia超新星SN 2017fgc[5]。该超新星距离宿主星系的核心区域有一定距离[6]。
