米爾頓·拜倫·巴比特（英語：Milton Byron Babbitt，1916年5月10日—2011年1月29日），美國當代作曲家及數學家，生於費城，從小學習多種樂器。1931年入賓夕法尼亞大學學習數學，後轉入紐約大學學習音樂，4年後獲得音樂學士學位。1938年至1945年在普林斯頓大學教授音樂和數學。創作了不少十二音音樂作品後，巴比特於50年代參與了RCA公司的電子合成器的研發，並在創作中使用電子樂器。1964年巴比特創作了他的最著名的作品「夜鶯」（Philomel），一部以希臘神話為背景的小型音樂會曲，由女高音、鋼琴、電子合成器、磁帶演出。1958年，巴比特因在《高真度8/2》雜誌上發表題為《誰在乎你聽不聽！》的評論文章，而引起對當代作曲家及其作品的廣泛爭議。
