步槍兵的信條

步槍兵的信條，又稱「我的步槍」或「美國海軍陸戰隊員的信條」，是美國海軍陸戰隊的基本教條之一。由陸戰隊少將威廉·H·魯珀特斯（William Henry Rupertus，1889～1945）於第二次世界大戰期間起草，具體時間在1941年到1942年之間。 所有陸戰隊員在基礎訓練期間便必須熟記這些文字並被要求作為行為準則。此後又出現了一些稍有不同或更精簡的版本，但原始版本仍較常使用。

This is my rifle. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My rifle is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I master my life. Without me, my rifle is useless. Without my rifle, I am useless. I must fire my rifle true. I must shoot straighter than any enemy who is trying to kill me. I must shoot him before he shoots me. I will....

信條在公眾文化中出現，包括：

• 1987年越戰電影《烈血焚城》，以及死亡重金屬樂隊Fear Factory的音樂《Crisis》、Combichrist的音樂《This Is My Rifle》使用了本信條的刪減版本。
• 2005年上映的海灣戰爭電影《鍋蓋頭》中，陸戰隊新兵吟誦了本信條的刪減版本。
• 2008年恐怖電影《破天慌》
• 動畫片《居家男人》中「Baby Not On Board」這集中，劇中人物Joe Swanson喊出了本信條關於他的輪椅的惡搞版本。
• 科幻小說《Old Man's War》
