美國合眾銀行（U.S. Bancorp），商業名全美銀行[4]（U.S. Bank），或直譯為合眾銀行，是一家美國銀行控股公司，總部位於明尼蘇達州明尼阿波利斯，並在特拉華州註冊成立[5]。它是合眾銀行全國協會（U.S. Bank National Association）的母公司、美國第五大銀行[6]，有三千多家分行，主要分佈於美國西部和中西部。
它在財富美國500強中排名第117位[7]，被金融穩定委員會評定為系統重要性金融機構。
歷史[編輯]
該銀行於1891年在俄勒岡州波特蘭成立，當時名為美國波特蘭國家銀行（United States National Bank of Portland），1902年，它與安斯沃思波特蘭國家銀行（Ainsworth National Bank of Portland）合併，1964年更名為美國俄勒岡國家銀行（United States National Bank of Oregon）。[8]
1969年1月，美國俄勒岡國家銀行重組為控股公司，名為美國俄勒岡銀行公司（U.S. Bancorp of Oregon）[9]。
1990年代開始以美國合眾銀行（U.S. Bancorp）為名。1997年被第一銀行系統（First Bank System）併購，合併後使用美國合眾銀行名稱。2001年被第一星公司（Firstar Corporation）併購，而第一星本身剛被星銀行（Star Banc Corporation）併購，合併後使用美國合眾銀行名稱。
