人性的，太人性的（德語：Menschliches, Allzumenschliches ，英語：Human, All Too Human），副標題「一本獻給自由精神的書」（"Ein Buch für freie Geister"），是十九世紀的德國哲學家尼采的書，最初出版於1878年。第二部分「見解和箴言雜錄」（Vermischte Meinungen und Sprüche），出版於1879年。第三部分「漫遊者和他的影子」（Der Wanderer und sein Schatten）在隨後的1880年出版。^[2]

因尼采把伏爾泰仰慕為自由的思想者，同時經歷了與作曲家華格納友誼的破碎，尼采1878年的第一個版本寫道「為紀念伏爾泰1778年5月30日逝世日而作」。同時在第一部分引用了笛卡爾的《談談方法》。尼采隨後在1886年將這三部分以兩卷本出版，為各個部分加入了序言，並刪除了對笛卡爾的引用和對伏爾泰的致意。
