副总裁

副总裁（英语：Vice President，缩写：VP），也译作“副总经理”或简称“副总”，是现代企业组织内部的职位名称，有一些组织的总裁／总经理（President）之下设立。

基本职务

副总裁是企业里决定政策的人士之一，通常一家大企业里会有负责各种许多职务的副总裁，例如：财务副总裁、营运副总裁等。

也有设置各种不同的等级的副总裁，例如：

• 高级执行副总裁（Senior Executive Vice President）
• 执行副总裁（Executive Vice President）
• 高级副总裁（Senior Vice President）
• 企业副总裁或第一副总裁（Corporate Vice President 或 First Vice President）
• 助理副总裁（Assistant Vice President 或 Associate Vice President）
• 副总监或高级总监（Associate 或 Officer）
