指挥士官长(英语:command sergeant major，缩写CSM ) 是美国陆军的士官阶级。该军衔的担任都是美国陆军营或更高级别单位中最资深的士兵。指挥士官长可以担任发言人、解决士兵们的问题，他们也是指挥官的高级顾问，具体职责因指挥官而异，包括观察训练士兵和与士兵们的家属沟通。

指挥士官长作为营级部队中最高级别的士官，于1967年7月设立，但到1975年12月才确定其职责。[1][2] [3]
