钝口螈属(学名:Ambystoma)是多种分布于北美的蝾螈。体型中等。有明显的肋骨间沟。尾部侧向压缩。头部宽大、眼小。不好动。通常栖息于地底。由于栖息地的破坏,多个物种均为濒危物种。
