威尔斯王妃剧院（英语：Princess of Wales Theatre）是加拿大安大略省多伦多的一座剧院，有2,000个座位。它位于多伦多市中心娱乐区的皇帝西街。剧院的名字是为了纪念威尔斯王妃戴安娜，亦呼应其姊妹剧院——皇家亚历珊卓剧院。
