二氟溴乙酸鉀是一種羧酸鹽，化學式為CF2BrCOOK，它可由氫氧化鉀和二氟溴乙酸乙酯在甲醇中反應得到。[1]它在148 °C分解。[2]它和碘化鉀、碘在碘化亞銅的存在下反應，可以得到二氟二碘甲烷。[3]它和三苯基磷在DMF中反應，可以得到三苯基鏻基二氟乙酸內鹽。[1]
