Intel Xe（格式化為X^e，兩個字母分開發音^[1]），早期曾被非正式地稱為Gen12^[2]^[3]，是由英特爾開發的圖形處理器通用計算（GPGPU）和獨立顯示卡（dGPU）產品線。

Intel Xe包括一個新的指令集架構。Intel Xe與Tiger Lake產品一起推出。^[4]

Intel Xe不是英特爾首次嘗試研發獨立顯示卡，早在1998年2月，英特爾就發佈了獨立顯示卡Intel740 ^[5]。發佈時被炒得沸沸揚揚的Intel740是一個令人失望和失敗的產品，Intel740發佈後僅18個月就被停產，但其技術卻被保留在英特爾至尊圖形（Intel Extreme Graphics）產品線中繼續使用^[6]。

2018年4月，有報道稱，英特爾正在組建一個團隊開發針對數據中心和PC遊戲市場的獨立圖形處理器，意圖與Nvidia和AMD的產品展開競爭^[7]。

2018年6月，英特爾確認計劃在2020年推出一款獨立的GPU^[8]。

2019年9月，HotHardware（英語：HotHardware）報道稱，Intel Xe的GPU指令集體系結構（ISA）出現較大變化，與之前的產品相比，幾乎所有指令編碼均有改變^[9]。

2022年3月30日，英特爾正式公佈了第一代基於Intel Xe-HPG架構的ARC（銳炫）獨立顯示卡。
