三氟乙酸鉍(III)是一種無機化合物，化學式為Bi(O2CCF3)3。它可由三氟乙酸銀和碘化鉍在120 °C反應得到：[2]
- 3 CF3COOAg + BiI3 → (CF3COO)3Bi + 3 AgI
它也可由三氟乙酸銀和氯化鉍在二氯甲烷中反應得到。[1]它和四芳基硼酸鈉反應，可以得到三芳基鉍。[3]
