假單極神經元（pseudounipolar neuron，pseudo表示假(false)，uni表示「單」(one)）是周圍神經系統中的一個感覺神經元。這種神經元的兩個分支皆有髓鞘，一個功能相當於樹突的長軸突，一個連接至脊隨的短軸突。[1][2]
該神經元自胞體發出一個短突起，隨即呈「T」形分為兩支，一支分佈於周圍組織的感受器，稱為「周圍突」，另一支入腦或脊髓，稱「中樞突」。[3][4]
