偏鍺酸鈷是鈷的鍺酸鹽之一，化學式為CoGeO3。它在室溫時是順磁性的，在32±1 K時轉變為反鐵磁性。[1]它存在正交和單斜兩種晶系。[2]它可由四氧化三鈷（或氫氧化鈷[3]）和二氧化鍺在高溫反應製得。[2]化學氣相轉移法也能用於它的製備。[4]
