1991年成立於加州帕羅奧圖，1993年上市^[1]。

該公司生產有治療骨髓纖維化的Jakafi^[3]。此外和還和禮來製藥開發有治療類風濕性關節炎的baricitinib^[4]^[5]，但此藥物因安全性問題在2017年4月被FDA禁止銷售^[6]^[7]。
