《打破僵局》（英文：Break the Ice），是美國女歌手布蘭妮·斯皮爾斯的一首歌曲，收錄於她的第5張專輯《暈炫風暴》（Blackout）中，於2008年1月21日由Jive唱片作為專輯的第3支單曲發行。歌曲由Nate "Danja" Hills、James "Jim Beanz" Washington、Keri Hilson和Marcella Araica創作。專輯原定第3支單曲為《愛情雷達》（Radar），但在布蘭妮的官方網站上進行粉絲投票後，第3支單曲最終確定為《打破僵局》。
