無聊公司，又譯鑽洞公司（英語：The Boring Company[a][3][4]）是由伊隆·馬斯克創立的美國基礎設施和隧道建設公司。儘管其目前的專案是為城市內部交通系統而設計，但該公司表示，霍桑的試驗隧道可以用於超級高鐵研發，而目前在建的隧道也支援最終過渡到城際超級高鐵。[5][6]

無聊公司已在洛杉磯縣完成了一條用於測試超級高鐵和以特斯拉電動車為載具的隧道，還正在拉斯維加斯建設另一條可以執行特斯拉電動車的隧道。另外還有兩條隧道尚待批准，其中一條連接華盛頓特區和巴爾的摩，另一條會把道奇體育場與洛杉磯其餘地區連接起來。[5]

馬斯克表示成立無聊公司的動機是洛杉磯交通問題以及當前二維運輸網絡的局限性。[4][7]無聊公司最初是SpaceX的子公司[8]，在2018年成為獨立公司。[9]截至2018年12月，馬斯克擁有90％的股份[10]，因為公司初創時期利用了SpaceX的資源，SpaceX擁有6％的股份。[11]2019年的外部投資改變了股權格局。

伊隆·馬斯克在2016年12月對外提到無聊公司。[12]2017年2月，該公司已開始在SpaceX位於霍索恩辦公區挖掘30呎（9.1米）寬，50呎（15米）長，15呎（4.6米）深的測試溝槽，因為在這個區域內施工無需任何許可。[4][13]一個星期五下午，當聽到需要至少兩周才能把員工的車從停車場挪走以開始挖掘之後，馬斯克說：「今天就開始，全天24小時不間斷地挖，看看到星期天下午能挖多大。」那天晚些時候，汽車就都不見了，地上則出現了一個洞。[14]

2017年7月，馬斯克上載了一段影片，展示了汽車電梯原型的測試情況。[23] 10月，馬斯克透露第二台隧道掘進機名為「線風暴」，以羅伯特·弗羅斯特的詩作《線風暴之歌》命名。[24]

2018年3月，馬斯克宣佈該公司調整了計劃，將優先考慮行人和騎自行車的人[25]；只有在滿足所有其他「個性化公共交通需求」之後，才會考慮運送汽車。[26]

2019年11月，史蒂夫·戴維斯（Steve Davis）成為無聊公司的總裁。戴維斯2003年加入SpaceX，是其最早的僱員之一，他擁有粒子物理學和航空航天工程雙碩士學位。在管理SpaceX華盛頓特區辦公室同時，他還在佐治美臣大學攻讀經濟學博士學位。他2010年時撰寫了有關美元貶值的論文，他還開設了一家酒吧，「成為華盛頓最早接受比特幣的餐廳之一」。[30]
