灵长大目（学名：Archonta）或称 魁兽大目、统兽大目，是一个已被弃用的哺乳动物分类单元，在原有的分类体系中称为灵长总目、魁兽总目或统兽总目，后来学界根据基因序列分析将其与啮齿目、兔形目等一同归为真魁兽啮型总目（Euarchontoglires），因此灵长大目由总目降级为大目，而其旧称灵长总目、魁兽总目和统兽总目则成为真魁兽啮型总目的通用简称。
其下包含 5 个目：
基因分析显示蝙蝠与其他的目并不在同一演化支上，而是属于劳亚兽总目[1]，所以学界重新定义了灵长大目，将翼手目排除在外，为与原来包含翼手目的旧灵长大目相区别，新的灵长大目被称为真灵长大目（Euarchonta；或称 真魁兽大目、真统兽大目；在未归入真魁兽啮型总目前，称作真灵长总目、真魁兽总目或真统兽总目）[2][3]。
