鼬眼蛤科（学名：Galeommatidae）属于鼬眼蛤总科。旧属帘蛤目，但按2019年的最新分类，本科成为了不等蛤总目鼬眼蛤目的成员[1][2][3]。

根据WoRMS，本科现时包括49个属[1]。以下为部分本科的属[4]：
- 鼬眼蛤属（Galeomma Turton, 1825）[5]
- 小鼬眼蛤属（Galeommella Habe, 1958）[6]
- 秘鲁小鼬眼蛤 Galeommella peruviana (Olsson, 1961)
- Galeommella utinomii Habe, 1958
- 拟鼬眼蛤属 （Pseudogaleomma Habe, 1964）[7]
- 红蛤属（Scintilla Deshayes, 1856）
此外德文蛤属（Devonia Turton, 1825）[8]、及沃尔多蛤属（Waldo Dall, 1876）[9][10]原为本科成员，今属寄生蛤科。
