大眼裂腹鱼（学名：Schizothorax macrophthalmus）为辐鳍鱼纲鲤形目鲤科的其中一种。分布于亚洲尼泊尔Rara湖，为特有种，体长可达13.5公分，以昆虫及浮游生物为食。
