胼胝體下區（英文：Subcallosal area），又名旁嗅區（Parolfactory area），是位於大腦半球內側面的一個小型三角區，屬於額葉的一部分[1][2][3][4][5]。該區域也被稱為「扎克坎德回（Zuckerkandl's gyrus）」，以匈牙利解剖學家埃米爾·扎克坎德的名字命名[6]。
胼胝體下區位於扣帶回、胼胝體下回前方。海馬旁回、胼胝體下區、扣帶回也被統一稱為「周圍原始皮質（periarcheocortex）」[7]。
