王菲作為華語樂壇的領軍人物之一，在其音樂生涯中已發行了19張錄音室專輯[1] 以及5張EP細碟。

在尚未與新藝寶唱片簽約時，王菲就已在中國大陸發行了6張翻唱專輯，其內容大多是翻唱鄧麗君的歌曲。而正式成為職業歌手則是於1989年在新藝寶唱片旗下發行首張專輯《王靖雯》開始的。「王靖雯」（Shirley Wong）當時是她的藝名，[2]同時也是她首張專輯的名字。1997年，她與百代唱片（EMI）簽下了代理發行5張唱片的合同。此後，新藝寶改變了發行策略，將其原定的最後一張粵語專輯拆分成兩張EP（即《玩具》與《自便》）分別進行發表，並將剩餘還未收錄進EP的歌曲放入精選集中。迄今為止，擁有王菲部分音樂版權的新藝寶唱片公司已發行了多張王菲精選集；但由於中國大陸盜版碟盛行，由第三方公司發行的精選集亦有多張。

1996.07 浮躁 最後一張在新藝寶旗下發行的專輯。

  • 除日本版以及大陸再版以外的專輯中都附贈一張VCD，內容是歌曲「精彩」的MV、百事可樂廣告及拍攝花絮。
  • 多地專輯首版加贈2000年日曆。
  • 日本版為單碟裝，加贈「開到荼蘼」的混音版。
2000.10.20 寓言
  • 專輯部分發行地區皆有兩種版本，分為豪華版（內有VCD一張，收錄前四首歌的MV、海飛絲洗髮水廣告以及拍攝花絮）以及普通版。
  • 日本版加贈「Eyes on Me」的混音版本以及「香奈兒」的日語版，無VCD。
2001.10.18 王菲
  • 王菲最後一張由EMI代理發行的專輯。
  • 此專輯大部分版本皆以「國語碟+粵語EP碟」出現
  • 日本版則有不同的封面，並改名為《光之翼》（專輯中的第一首歌）。國粵語曲目皆放在一張碟中，加贈一張《Seprate Ways》EP細碟。
2003.11.07 將愛
  • 索尼唱片代理發行。
  • 專輯同名曲《將愛》的粵語版《假愛之名》因歌詞中提及「鴉片」二字而未能在專輯的中國大陸版中收錄。
