北河三（β Gem / 雙子座β）是一顆位於雙子座的恆星，也是夜空中的亮星之一，英文名Pollux。雖然在拜耳命名法中，北河三被命名為「β」星，但在視星等上，它卻比「α」星（北河二）光亮。

北河二及北河三雖被形容為星座的「雙子」，但它們的特性大不相同，前者在體積及溫度上，均要比後者高得多。

行星系

2006年6月16日在北河三旁發現一顆質量至少是木星2.3倍的太陽系外行星，軌道週期約590個地球日。
