自由潛水

自由潛水（Free-diving），是指不携带水下供气设备，以单一呼吸和屏息进行的潜水活动。 自由潛水包括以娱乐、体验、攝影、狩獵为目的的自由潜水活动，和竞赛性质的极限屏息深潜。目前有鳍自由潜水的世界记录是水下265米，係2010年9月2日由戴夫·穆林斯於紐西蘭威靈頓創立。
