卡西迪·杰奎琳·哈钦森（英语：Cassidy Jacqueline Hutchinson，1996年3月4日—）[1]是美国前白宫助理和特朗普在职期间幕僚长马克·梅多斯的助理[2] [3]。

哈钦森于2022年6月28日在美国众议院特别委员会就1月6日袭击事件主持的公开听证会上作证[4] [5]。她就时任总统唐纳德·特朗普及其高级助理和政治盟友于2021年1月6日国会大厦冲击事件之前和事件期间所表现的行为提供了证言。

早年生活和教育[编辑]

她本人是在新泽西州的彭宁顿（英语：Pennington, New Jersey）成长[6]， 2015年于霍普韦尔中心高中毕业[1]，之后入读克里斯托弗·纽波特大学[7]， 2019年获取政治学的文学士学位毕业[8][9]。 其本人形容自己是“第一代大学学生”[7][10]。

职业生涯[编辑]

纽波特大学期间哈钦森有为共和党参议员特德克鲁兹和同党众议院党鞭史蒂夫斯卡利斯担任实习工作 [10] [11] [12] [13]。到2018年夏天，她进入白宫的立法事务办公室担任实习生，再后来成为雇员身份[10]。

2020年3月，当马克·梅多斯成为特朗普的第四任参谋长时，他选择了她担当他的其中一名助理。她很快成为梅多斯的首席助理，而直至特朗普总统任期结束时，她的职称成为了总统立法事务特别助理[14]。她在职时，办公地点是在梅多斯办公室旁边，她的办公室就在椭圆形办公室走廊下边。她平日负责在会议做笔记，并跟随梅多斯出行各处，同时为他接听来电和传达他的命令[15]。她曾被描述为梅多斯的密友 [3]。基于其被认定为一个“白宫立法助手”，哈钦森成为了一张美联社摄影记录的主要对象，相片显示她在与白宫新闻秘书凯莱·麦肯阿尼一起随著村民乐队演奏的“基督教青年会”起舞，此时是在俄亥俄州斯旺顿（Swanton，Ohio）所举行的2020年9月21日特朗普竞选集会尾声[16]。

哈钦森在2022年6月28日电视直播作证前，已经向特别委员会提供了四份证言，总计超过二十几个小时[15]。在她3月7日提供证词之前，她收到过来自特朗普盟友的多条信息，暗示她要于作证表现出对特朗普的忠诚[18] [19] [20]。而在她作证前几日，她是解雇了斯特凡·帕桑蒂诺不再作为她的律师，帕桑蒂诺是与特朗普共事者有过深厚的联系，并取代由乔迪·亨特( Jody Hunt )担任其律师，亨特曾长期任职司法部官员，也曾是特朗普第一任总检控律师杰夫·塞的首席幕僚[21]。

关于1月6日之前事件的供言[编辑]

在6月28日宣誓作证时[22]， 哈钦森提供证词说，她是在1月6日特朗普集会的谋划会议期间，无意间听到当时是提及到誓言守护者和骄傲男孩，而特朗普私人律师鲁迪·朱利安尼也同时在场[23]。被提及两个组织的一些领导者，后来是因被认为属于1月6日袭击当中的涉嫌非法行为人士，而被检控共谋暴乱罪。

哈钦森还作证说，梅多斯和朱利安尼都曾寻求过（获得）总统赦免[24]。根据她之前给予委员会的证词，国会议员马特·盖茨、安迪·比格斯、斯科特·佩里和路易·戈默特也要求过（获得）赦免[25]。

根据其所述，2021年1月3日时，白宫律师帕特·西波隆(Pat Cipollone) 在听到特朗普计划于1月6日与他的支持者一同游行去国会大厦时，曾将她拉到一边并表达出他的担忧；据哈钦森忆述（对方当时说法），“如果我们让这一运动发生，我们是会被指控犯有一切可以想象得到的罪行。”[26]

哈钦森在证言里还透露，2020年12月1日时，特朗普于白宫餐厅里曾将午餐碟扔到墙上，当时他是得知了司法部长威廉巴尔作出了公开声明，声言他未发现有任何选举舞弊的证据[27]。当时墙上是溅满了番茄酱[27]。在其他场合里，他还有“翻转起桌布，让桌上所有东西都掉到地板，（掉落物）很可能会坏掉或散裂四周”[27]。

关于1月6日的活动供言[编辑]

依据哈钦森证言，特朗普和梅多斯当时是被告知，有些人是携带了包括枪支在内的武器而无法通过磁强计加入集会。特朗普就坚持回复他并不在乎他的支持者们是否带来武器，还试图下令拆除磁强计，一边声称“他们不是来伤害我的”[28]。委员会上也播放出当时警方的无线电广播讯息，是有警告那些包括带有AR-15步枪的持枪人士[24]。

哈钦森的作证还提到，当时的白宫副幕僚长托尼·奥纳托（Tony Ornato）曾告诉她，特朗普当时在进入跟随着集会队伍的总统SUV后，表示希望开车和他游行去国会大厦的支持者们一道：当时他的首席特勤局特工罗伯特·恩格尔答复他这样做非常危险，并告诉他他们要返回白宫。据哈钦森说，奥纳托告诉她，特朗普得知决定后表现得很生气，还试图抓向车辆的方向槃，更向恩格尔的锁骨发起攻击行为[24]。据她所作证，在奥纳托讲述这一事件时（当事人）恩格尔也是在场的，而且也一直未反驳这一复述[29]。美国有线电视新闻网在哈钦森作证三天后报道称，新闻网方面是有与另外两名特勤局特工做过交谈，他们都是自2021年2月以来听闻过对该事件的多个说法，他们接触的叙述人有包括特朗普司机在内和其他多名特工。尽管各自说辞细节有所不同，但特工们都证实当时是有过一场激愤的对抗，有一名特工称特朗普曾“试图冲过座位——至于出于什么原因，没人知道”，但没有人断言特朗普是袭击了恩格尔。另一名特勤局官员则告诉美国有线电视新闻网，表示恩格尔是否认提供过特朗普有抓向过方向盘或向特工猛扑这些细节，同时表示奥纳托否认有告诉哈钦森这样的事[30]。Politico同一天的报道则称，恩格尔在2022年初的证词中告诉委员会，在至少十四个月的时间里，他是对特勤局同事们完全隐瞒了事件的全部情况[31]。
