芝加哥七人案（英語：Chicago Seven; United States v. Dellinger(美國訴德林格案)），又譯芝加哥七君子、芝加哥七人幫，[1]原稱芝加哥八人案（英語：Chicago Eight），又稱共謀七人案或共謀八人案（Conspiracy Eight/Conspiracy Seven），是1968年民主黨全國代表大會（英語：1968 Democratic National Convention）於伊利諾伊州芝加哥市舉辦之際，在反越戰抗議活動中被指控違反反暴動法（英語：Civil Rights Act of 1968#Title X: Anti-Riot Act）的七個人。

七名被告為阿比·霍夫曼、傑利·魯賓（英語：Jerry Rubin）、大衛·德林格（英語：David Dellinger）、湯姆·海登、倫尼·戴維斯（英語：Rennie Davis）、約翰·弗羅因斯（英語：John Froines）及李·維納（英語：Lee Weiner）。而巴比·希爾（英語：Bobby Seale）為第八名被告，但只是意外被捲進該事件。
