馬克·塔彭寧（英語：Marc Tarpenning，1964年6月1日—）是一位美國工程師、企業家，特斯拉的聯合創始人。[1][2][3][4]

塔彭寧於1964年6月1日出生於美國加州薩克拉門托，1985年獲得美國加州大學柏克萊分校計算機學士學位。[5]1985年畢業於美國加州大學柏克萊分校並獲得計算機學士學位。[1] 2003年，塔彭寧與馬丁·艾伯哈德共同創立了「特斯拉」（時稱「特斯拉汽車」，Tesla Motors），並先後擔任公司的首席財務官、副總裁等職位直至2008年 。[4][6][5]
1997年與馬丁·艾伯哈德共同創立了NuvoMedia公司，並於1998年發行了電子書「RocketBook」。[1][5]該公司在2000年被Gemstar–TV Guide International 收購。[1][5]
2003年，塔彭寧與艾伯哈德再次合作，創立了特斯拉汽車。2004年，伊隆·馬斯克進入特斯拉並領導了公司的A輪融資。塔彭寧先後擔任特斯拉的首席財務官、副總裁等職位直到2008年。[2][6]
離開特斯拉後，塔彭寧開始擔任一些創業公司的顧問，並擔任母校加州柏克萊分校的SkyDeck計劃的創業顧問。[7]
