頂內溝（英文：Intraparietal sulcus）是位於大腦頂葉的一個腦溝，可分為水平部和傾斜部[1][2][3]。結構上，頂內溝分隔了頂上小葉和頂下小葉，後部延伸至枕葉形成枕橫溝[1][4]。
功能[編輯]
頂內溝主要功能包括知覺-運動協調（譬如眼部運動）以及視覺注意力，包括視覺導向的「指」、「抓」、物體操控等行為[2][5]。
頂內溝還擁有其他一些功能，包括處理符號或數字資訊、視覺空間工作記憶等[5][6]。
