勞倫斯世界體育獎年度男子運動員（英語：Laureus World Sports Award for Sportsman of the Year）是2000年首屆勞倫斯世界體育獎創立的年度獎項，旨在表彰男子體育界的個人成就[1]。世界體育獎由全球組織勞倫斯體育公益基金會主辦，該機構參與150多個慈善項目，資助50萬青少年[3]。首屆頒獎典禮於2000年5月25日在摩納哥蒙地卡羅舉行，由納爾遜·曼德拉發表主題演說[4]。根據2020年的評選規則，年度男子運動員獎先由「世界領先的體育編輯、作家和廣播公司」組成評審團選出六人入圍[1]，勞倫斯世界體育學院挑選最終得主。一年一度的頒獎典禮在世界各地舉辦，得主獎盃由卡地亞製作。[5]勞倫斯世界體育獎聲望卓著，有體育界的奧斯卡獎美譽[6][7][8]。

首位年度男子運動員是美國職業高爾夫球手老虎活士，他在1999年球季拿下PGA錦標賽等八場勝利，上一次有人達成如此戰績還是四分之一個世紀前[9][10]。他繼續保持高爾夫球統治地位[11]，第二年再獲年度男子運動員稱號，2002至2008年還有五次入圍。2003年得主是美國公路單車選手蘭斯·岩士唐，還在2002、2004、2005、2006年獲得提名。2013年他承認服用禁藥[12]，他拿到的勞倫斯獎和提名隨即被撤銷[13]。

網球運動員共12次獲獎，遠超其他項目。其次是田徑和一級方程式賽車選手各四次，高爾夫球手兩次。除岩士唐外，勞斯倫世界體育獎年度男子運動員得主至今只有十人，其中羅渣·費達拿和諾華克·迪祖高域獲獎次數最多，均達五次。[14]

2024年在西班牙馬德里頒獎典禮獲獎的最新得主是塞爾維亞網球運動員諾華克·迪祖高域[15]。
