史蒂夫·漢克（英語：Steve H. Hanke，1942年12月29日—），是美國約翰·霍普金斯大學的應用經濟學家，並且於華盛頓特區的卡托研究所，爲Troubled Currencies Project擔任高級研究員及主任。[1][2] 約翰·霍普金斯大學應用經濟學研究所、全球衛生研究所和馬里蘭州巴爾的摩商業企業研究的聯合主任。[3][4]
漢克因其作為貨幣改革者的工作而聞名[5] 1981年至1982年，他是朗奴·列根總統的經濟顧問委員會的高級經濟學家，[6] 並擔任亞洲，南美，歐洲和中東國家元首的經濟顧問。[7] 他還因其在貨幣委員會對美元化、惡性通貨膨脹、水價和其需求，利益成本分析、私有化經濟以及應用經濟學中的其他主題方面的開創性工作而聞名。
