錢塞勒·強納生·本內特（英語：Chancelor Jonathan Bennett；1993年4月16日—），藝名饒舌者錢斯（Chance the Rapper），美國饒舌歌手、歌手、詞曲作家、演員和活動家。

出生於伊利諾州芝加哥的饒舌者錢斯在2013年發布了第二張混音帶《Acid Rap》之後開始獲得大眾認可。之後他於2016年發布了第三張混音帶《Coloring Book》，該作同樣獲得了一致好評並為他贏得了三項葛萊美獎，包括最佳饒舌專輯獎（Best Rap Album）。該專輯成為了第一張贏得葛萊美獎的純串流媒體專輯，最高登至Billboard二百大專輯榜第八名。

本內特出生於伊利諾州芝加哥市。其父親，肯·威廉斯-本內特，曾擔任過芝加哥市長哈羅德·華盛頓與參議院巴拉克·歐巴馬的助手。他的母親，麗薩·本內特，曾與伊利諾律政司工作。本內特在成長在一個芝加哥南部的中產家庭中。本內特十六歲時正值歐巴馬總統的第一任期，他的父親在那時開始為美國勞工部工作。本內特曾在奧馬巴總統面前表示過他希望成為一名饒舌歌手的志向，歐巴馬口頭表示支持。在歐巴馬贏下2008年美國總統選舉後本內特一家曾打算搬去華盛頓市，但最終計劃泡湯。本內特在瓊斯大學預備高中度過了自己的四年高中生涯，他曾是高中猶太學生協會的一員。
