寶血會上智英文書院（英语：Holy Trinity College, HTC）是一所坐落在香港石硤尾區的天主教女子中學。

英文名稱「Holy Trinity」是指三位一体（聖父，聖子和聖神）。

寶血會上智英文書院於1966年成立。於2011年4月，上智在學校舉行了為期兩天的45周年紀念開放日。
